Chifley Business School, an initiative of the Association of Professional Engineers, Scientists
and Managers, Australia (APESMA), was established by industry leaders to deliver
quality business and management education.
Chifley Business School delivers Australia’s largest distance-learning MBA
program and is unique in its engagement in industry and depth of experience in
delivering graduate education to professionals in engineering, science,
technology and related professionals.
We provide business and management training across Australia and internationally—from short courses through
nationally accredited certificate and diploma programs to the Chifley MBA
(Technology Management) and related graduate awards.
Chifley has always had strong ties to industry. It is where our staff and students come from, and
return to—and we’re proud of that.

Management education for engineering, science and technology professionals
The MBA (Technology Management) is our flagship program. It gives professionals in engineering, science and technology the business skills required for management.

We also offer the general MBA and specialised graduate certificates in business strategy, project management and strategic leadership. All our programs are accredited under the Australian higher education system through the Victorian Registration and Qualifications Authority (VRQA).
As the business school by industry, for industry, Chifley also takes great pride in transferring industry-based learning into higher education—our faculty have currency in industry and we encourage credit for students to take advantage of workplace-based learning through the Employer Based Unit.
