ETSA Utilities

As South Australia's electricity distributor, ETSA Utilities is one of the State’s largest companies, delivering power to more than 800,000 residential and business customers. Our primary task is building, extending, maintaining and upgrading the South Australian electricity distribution network; a strategic community asset that is a core component of the state’s infrastructure.

Scope

ETSA Utilities is committed to continuing to develop our capability to meet anticipated growth in and renewal of South Australia’s electrical infrastructure in the next decade. We are building our workforce to meet this anticipated demand—developing our skills and experience as well as recruiting and training the next generation. ETSA Utilities is delighted to partner with Chifley Business School to develop our graduates.

The Program

Chifley Business School developed a program tailored to cultivating the skills of our engineering and IT graduates, encompassing personal and professional development skills.

Outcome

The training provided to our graduates has been invaluable. Many of our graduates have developed and transferred these skills into every position they have held. Some of our graduates have even gone onto noteworthy projects within the business. The training has been so well received that we have other employees asking to attend the sessions!

The superiority of their training packages and use of industry experts is second to none. Having now worked with Chifley for many years, their insight into what we need is incomparable. The team are fantastic to deal with and make everything effortless for us. The service they provide is invaluable!
